Why is this website called Wa.a.e.ij.y.enberg

When you take a peek at the header of this site, you see the logo with the colored characters. Under the thin grey line there are six names:
Waaijenberg, Weyenberg, Wayenberg, Weijenberg, Waayenberg and Waijenberg.

This website is all about these families.
In the Netherlands you can find the same name in a couple of different varieties

Most variants are with one or two A's, or an E, and the Dutch spelling is almost always with an IJ. Granted, there are more spellings (see below) but I like to keep the sign simple.
Also, this “family” website is primarily aimed at visitors from English-speaking countries, so I incorporated the Y variant too in the name and logo.
By the way, there are also Wajenbergs in the USA. They decend from a branch in the Gerrit Peters genealogy.

• Weijenborgh,
• Waeijenberg either with or without an 'h' at the end (some in Belgium),
• Weijenburg,
• Wijenberg
and in the south of The Netherlands you can find most of these spellings with one of the typical Dutch prefixes "van", "van de", "van der".
